Our in-house design team is rich with experience in international markets adding the creative flair that brings uniqueness to customer ranges. Whether designing a new uniform range or one-off specialty merchandise items, our passion for design and eye for detail is reflected in the results.
The administrative team works tirelessly to provide the best possible service. Their goal is to make life easy for their counterparts in client administrative roles.
Production works across the business with the principle driver being to co-ordinate the multiple facets needed to complete an order. This requires a high level of skill with an ability to see the big picture down to a detailed technical knowledge across a broad range of speciality areas.
Warehouse & Distribution is an area where the team prides itself on following the thorough quantitative and qualitative processes CNC has in place. From accurately checking inwards goods to ensuring the quality of outwards goods meet the customer order expectations, this area of the business is responsible for the final scrutiny of the products prior to delivery.

Today Richard Cole, our company founder, is still directly involved with major project work and sales. His drive for service excellence, development of new ideas, ability to adapt to market changes and his lateral solutions makes him a valuable member of the team. Richard is passionate about regularly meeting clients to keep his finger on the local market pulse and to offer the benefit of his international market experience. Known for his winning smile and charm, Richard loves a challenge.
Sheena Cole joined CNC in 2000 after 10yrs in senior marketing positions with a large multi-national company. Currently Sheena works across the business to facilitate project work and manage operational functions within the business to ensure a smooth and effective flow from order to delivery. Sheena also manages the CNC brand integrity and development across print and IT platforms. With a passion for fashion, Sheena is aiming for an Imelda size shoe collection. Constantly following the latest styles and trends, Sheena applies her flair across the board from design and colour palettes to style and fit.
